        "content": "<p>PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk has predicted peak homebound and return\ntraffic for Eid 2026 using private vehicles traversing Jasa Marga toll\nroads. Jasa Marga Chief Executive Officer Rivan Achmad Purwantono\npredicted peak homebound traffic will occur on 18 March 2026, whilst\npeak return traffic is forecast for 24 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Rivan predicted that approximately 3.5 million vehicles will pass\nthrough Jasa Marga toll roads during this period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur estimate is 3.5 million vehicles, where we expect peak homebound\ntraffic on 18 March 2026 and peak return traffic on 24 March 2026,\u201d\nRivan said during a Jasa Marga media briefing on Tuesday 10 March\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>However, Rivan noted that public movement is expected to begin as\nearly as Friday 13 March, coinciding with the start of a\nwork-from-anywhere policy beginning on 16 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe expect movement to commence from this Friday due to the extended\nholiday period,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Of the expected traffic movement, Rivan detailed that 28% will head\nwestbound (towards Merak Port), 50% will head eastbound (Trans Java Toll\nand Cipularang Toll), and 20% will head southbound (Jagorawi Toll\ntowards Bogor).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom the 3.5 million vehicles in motion, 28% will head towards\nMerak, 50% will head eastbound to the Trans Java and Cipularang toll\njunctions, and 20% will head towards Bogor,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>Rivan further detailed that of the 50% of vehicles heading eastbound,\n57% will use the Trans Java Toll and 42% will use the Cipularang\nToll.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOf the 50% heading eastbound, 57% will pass through Trans Java and\n42% will pass through Cipularang,\u201d he said.<\/p>",
