As a reader of The Jakarta Post, I have noticed that Mr. Bill
\nGuerin's letters have frequently appeared in the \"Your Letters\"
\ncolumn. At times, the contents gave me cause to become amazed at
\nthe poor logic presented.<\/p>\n
In his letter Beware of the old scam he has done it again. It
\nis very obvious he does not really know what he was writing
\nabout. Yes, Future Strategies offers a money making scheme that
\nworks. Just ask all these fortunate people who decided to
\nparticipate and patiently waited to reach the top position. That
\nbank account in Kelapa Gading must have belonged to a fortunate
\nperson at the top position of the pyramid who should by now be in
\na financially comfortable position.<\/p>\n
Yes, they first spent US$120 (not $80) but within a week or so
\nwere safely reimbursed by three clever (not silly) other people.<\/p>\n
So, in fact, they did not have to invest a single dollar at
\nall. A great way to get rich? Yes, Mr. Guerin, a great way
\nindeed. Devastating for anyone in Indonesia investing in it? Not
\nat all. Obviously only those who can come up with $120 for a week
\nor so will take part. How does Mr. Guerin know that the number of
\npeople likely to pay $120 (not $80) for this kind of certificate
\nis extremely low? Based on which of his surveys?<\/p>\n
