The government is urging the\nimplementation of a wise energy utilisation programme at workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cImplementing an energy utilisation optimisation programme at the\nworkplace,\u201d said Minister of Manpower Yassierli during a press\nconference on Wednesday (1\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Yassierli explained several forms of energy saving at the workplace.\nSome energy-saving actions include the use of work equipment to\nmonitoring electricity consumption.<\/p>\n<p>A. Utilisation of more energy-efficient technology and work\nequipment<\/p>\n<p>B. Strengthening the culture of saving electricity, fuel, and other\nenergy wisely<\/p>\n<p>C. Controlling and monitoring electricity, fuel, and other energy\nconsumption through measurable operational policies<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, he also urged workers and labour unions to create plans\nrelated to this energy utilisation optimisation programme. Here are the\nappeals for workers to labour unions:<\/p>\n<p>A. Designing and implementing an energy utilisation optimisation\nprogramme<\/p>\n<p>B. Building collective awareness of wise energy use<\/p>\n<p>C. Encouraging joint innovation to create productive and more\nadaptive work methods in energy use.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, in a press conference on Tuesday (31\/3\/2026), the\ngovernment had detailed the WFH rule for one day per week for civil\nservants.
