        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2014 The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has imposed a\nlifetime ban on Benny Tjokrosaputro from engaging in capital markets\nactivities following violations discovered in the initial public\noffering (IPO) process of PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk.<\/p>\n<p>The sanctions take effect from 13 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBenny Tjokrosaputro, as controller of PT Bliss Properti Indonesia\nTbk, is prohibited from serving as Board Commissioner, Director, or\nofficer of any capital markets company for life, effective from the date\nof the decision on 13 March 2026,\u201d the OJK stated in an official\nannouncement on Saturday (14 March 2026).<\/p>\n<p>The case centres on improper recording of receivables from related\nparties. These receivables totalled Rp 31.25 billion to PT Bintang Baja\nHitam, as recorded in the 2019 annual financial report.<\/p>\n<p>The company also recorded advance payments to PT Ardha Nusa Utama\ntotalling Rp 116.7 billion across financial statements from 2019 to\n2023.<\/p>\n<p>The OJK determined that these receivables and advance payments would\nprovide no future economic benefit. This assessment rendered the\nrecorded amounts unsuitable for recognition as assets.<\/p>\n<p>The funds in question originated from the proceeds of PT Bliss\nProperti Indonesia Tbk\u2019s initial public offering.<\/p>\n<p>The OJK identified fund flows totalling Rp 126.6 billion to Benny\nTjokrosaputro.
