        "content": "<p>Belgium offers soft loans<\/p>\n<p>MATARAM, West Nusa Tenggara: Belgium Ambassador to Indonesia<br>\nHans-Christian Kint has offered six million euro (Rp 66 billion)<br>\nin soft loans to the West Nusa Tenggara provincial administration<br>\nto tackle power shortages in the province.<\/p>\n<p>Belgium has long cooperated with its Indonesian partners in<br>\nthe power sector and currently plans to build cooperation with<br>\nauthorities in the province, Nanang Samodra, the secretary to the<br>\nprovincial administration, quoted the Ambassador as saying after<br>\na meeting here on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;If the offer is approved by the central government, then we<br>\nwill proceed with a power project to solve the power shortage in<br>\nthe province,&quot; said Nanang. -- Antara<\/p>",
