The murder case of a male Government Employee with a Work Agreement\n(PPPK) with the initials NHW in Bekasi is approaching its final stage.\nThe two defendants in the murder case, which began with an offer of\nsexual services or open BO via MiChat, have each been sentenced to 15\nyears in prison.<\/p>\n
\u201cSentencing Defendant I Ari bin H Mulyana and Defendant II Aris\nAparatulloh bin H Mulyana to imprisonment for 15 years each,\u201d read the\nprosecutor\u2019s demand as seen on the Bekasi District Court\u2019s Case Tracking\nInformation System (SIPP) website on Monday (31\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n
The prosecutor was convinced that both defendants were guilty of\ncommitting murder as stipulated in Article 458 paragraph (3) in\nconjunction with Article 20 letter c of the Criminal Code. The\nsentencing hearing was held on 26 August. The next hearing was held\ntoday with the agenda of hearing the defendants\u2019 defence.<\/p>\n
In the indictment, the prosecutor stated that the case began in\nJanuary 2026. The prosecutor said that Defendant Ari, who used a MiChat\naccount under the name Rendi Andrian, became acquainted with a MiChat\naccount under the name Sandi, which was later revealed to be the victim\nNHW.<\/p>\n
\u201cDuring the introduction, the victim offered money in the amount of\nRp 50,000 and Defendant I Ari asked what he had to do,\u201d said the\nprosecutor.<\/p>\n
The victim was said to have asked Ari to perform sexual acts and\npromised Rp 50,000. The prosecutor stated that Ari, who needed money,\nagreed to the offer.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter that, the victim arranged a meeting and Defendant I Ari was\nasked to send his location via the MiChat account, after which Defendant\nI met with the victim,\u201d said the prosecutor.<\/p>\n
\u201cUpon arriving at the victim\u2019s rented room, he immediately entered\nthe room. Once inside, Defendant I Ari asked \u2018how does this work, Bang\u2019\nand the victim replied \u2018you sit there and take off your trousers\u2019,\u201d the\nprosecutor continued.<\/p>\n
After the sexual activity was completed, the victim reportedly gave\nthe promised Rp 50,000. On 28 January 2026, the victim contacted\nDefendant Ari again. The victim reportedly asked Defendant Ari to bring\none friend and promised Rp 200,000 for the two of them.<\/p>\n
The offer then increased on 30 January 2026, namely Rp 200,000 plus\ncigarettes and drinks. Defendant Ari reportedly accepted the offer and\nplanned to steal the victim\u2019s valuables.<\/p>\n
Ari then contacted Defendant II, Aris, and invited him to go to a\ntofu factory. The prosecutor said Ari told Aris to remain silent while\nwaiting for instructions.<\/p>\n
\u201cDefendant I Ari said \u2018wait a moment, someone is coming\u2019. After that,\nDefendant I Ari said \u2018later you just stay quiet, I\u2019m going to finish him\noff, you keep watch and follow my instructions\u2019 and Defendant II Aris\nreplied \u2018yes\u2019,\u201d said the prosecutor.<\/p>\n
The victim then arrived on a Vario motorcycle at around 11.30 pm\nWestern Indonesia Time. The three of them then continued the journey\ntogether on one motorcycle to the victim\u2019s rented room.<\/p>\n
In short, Ari entered the victim\u2019s rented room, while Aris remained\non the terrace. The victim reportedly asked Ari to take off his\ntrousers. After 15 minutes of sexual activity, Ari reportedly strangled\nthe victim.<\/p>\n
The victim reportedly fought back by trying to hit Ari. The\nprosecutor said Ari then wrapped the victim\u2019s neck with a hoodie string\nwhile pinning the victim down until the victim stopped moving. Ari then\ncalled Aris into the room and asked Aris to help him lift the\nvictim.<\/p>\n
Ari then took the victim\u2019s two mobile phones and fled with the\nvictim\u2019s motorcycle. Ari also discarded the key to the victim\u2019s rented\nroom.
