        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2013 CNBC Indonesia: the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) will\nhold an auction for 10 AB seats. \u2018In accordance with the provisions,\nthere are 10 Bursa Shares that have not been issued or have been bought\nback by the Exchange and may only be transferred through an auction of\nBursa Shares, which will be auctioned,\u2019 said Jeffrey Hendrik, Acting\nPresident Director of BEI, as quoted in BEI\u2019s information disclosure on\nFriday, 6 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The Bursa Shares auction will be conducted openly on Wednesday, 1\nApril 2026, at 14:00 WIB in the Main Meeting Room of PT Bursa Efek\nIndonesia, BEI Building, Tower 1, 6th Floor, Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Kav.\n52-53, Jakarta.<\/p>\n<p>According to information, the AB seat auction will also be conducted\nonline, with the link to be provided to Auction Participants who\nregister to take part in the Bursa Shares auction in April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The requirements and procedures to become an Auction Participant are\nas set out in Regulation IV of Bursa Rule III-H on the Auction and\nBuyback of Bursa Shares (Attachment to the Directors\u2019 Decree\nKep-00024\/BEI\/02-2026 dated 12 February 2026 regarding \u2018Amendments to\nRegulation III-H on the Auction and Buyback of Bursa Shares\u2019).<\/p>\n<p>Each Auction Participant must first meet the requirements to become a\nSecurities House Member as laid out in Bursa Regulation III-A on Bursa\nMembership (Attachment to the Directors\u2019 Decree Kep-00037\/BEI\/03-2023\ndated 13 March 2023 concerning Amendments to Regulation III-A on Bursa\nMembership).<\/p>\n<p>A Securities Company interested in becoming an Auction Participant\nmust submit a written application to the Exchange with a Confirmation\nLetter from the Exchange to purchase Bursa Shares, submitted no later\nthan 23 March 2026 at 17:00 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to Regulation V.8 of Bursa Regulation III-H on the Auction\nand Buyback of Bursa Shares, which provides that if there are no\napplicants for the Auction, the Exchange will not carry out the Bursa\nShares auction on the first trading day of each month.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the Exchange will not organise a Bursa Shares auction\nif no Securities Company applies as an Auction Participant by 23 March\n2026.<\/p>",
