        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) has decided\nto \u201ckick out\u201d or delist several issuers. In its announcement, BEI\nreleased the names of 18 publicly listed companies that meet the\ndelisting criteria.<\/p>\n<p>The delisting criteria refer to the Exchange Announcement regarding\nTemporary Suspension, Exchange Announcement number\nPeng-00003\/BEI.PLP\/12-2025 dated 30 December 2025 on Potential Delisting\nof Listed Companies; and based on the Exchange Regulation Number I-N on\nCancellation of Listing (Delisting) and Relisting of Shares on the\nExchange. Consequently, these 18 issuers will officially depart from BEI\non 10 November.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn connection with the fulfilment of one of the conditions as\nstipulated in Exchange Regulation Number I-N, the Exchange decides on\nthe Deletion of Securities Listing (Delisting) for the Listed Company\neffective 10 November 2026,\u201d BEI stated in its announcement, quoted\nSaturday (11\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in accordance with Exchange Regulation No.\u00a0I-N, the\nExchange urges the Listed Company to carry out a share buyback. BEI\nemphasises that Listed Companies decided for delisting still have\nobligations as Listed Companies until the effective delisting as\ndetermined by the Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe approval for the deletion of the Company\u2019s Securities Listing\ndoes not eliminate the obligations that have not been fulfilled by the\nCompany to the Exchange,\u201d the exchange added.<\/p>\n<p>BEI sets 10 May 2026 as the deadline for submitting Buyback\nInformation Disclosure and the start of the buyback implementation by\nthe Company.
