        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com \u2013 Acting President Director (Pjs) of PT Bursa\nEfek Indonesia (BEI) Jeffrey Hendrik emphasised that the determination\nof the demutualisation mechanism for the exchange is entirely in the\nhands of the regulator, namely the DPR, the government, and the\nFinancial Services Authority (OJK). According to him, BEI is not in a\nposition to decide the scheme or implementation rules for\ndemutualisation, because the exchange itself would be the object of such\npolicy. \u2018As for us, of course we delegate the regulation to the DPR, the\ngovernment, and OJK. We, as the object to be demutualised, are not in a\nposition to make the regulations,\u2019 Jeffrey said when he was interviewed\nat the BEI building, on Tuesday (3\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Wacana demutualisasi Bursa Efek Indonesia saat ini tengah memasuki\nfase penting. Ketua Komisi XI DPR RI Mukhamad Misbakhun menilai proses\ntersebut dapat dilakukan melalui mekanisme private placement. \u2018Pasti ada\nmekanisme macam-macam. Private placement karena pemegang saham yang lama\nkan harus melepas. Tentunya private placement,\u2019 kata Misbakhun di gedung\nBEI.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, implementasi demutualisasi bursa diharapkan dapat\nmulai berjalan pada kuartal II 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Di sisi lain, OJK mencatat kerangka hukum demutualisasi bursa masih\nberada pada tahap penyusunan melalui Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah\n(RPP).<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Demutualisasi kemarin kami terinfo sedang dalam perumusan peraturan\npelaksanaan. Jadi mandatnya sudah ada di undang-undang P2SK, sekarang\nsedang dilakukan finalisasi RPP di Kementerian Keuangan,\u2019 ujar Hasan\nsaat ditemui di gedung BEI, Rabu (4\/2\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, OJK terus berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Keuangan\nuntuk mempercepat penyusunan beleid tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Dalam hal ini tentu kami di OJK berkoordinasi secara penuh,\u2019 kata\nHasan.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Pada saat PP diundangkan, kami akan melihat sejauh mana kebutuhan\npenyempurnaan atau penyusunan peraturan selanjutnya di tingkat OJK,\u2019\nujar Hasan.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menambahkan, perubahan regulasi tersebut kemungkinan juga akan\nberdampak pada penyesuaian aturan di tingkat pelaksanaan, termasuk\nperaturan yang berlaku di Bursa Efek Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>OJK juga membuka peluang bagi investor untuk menjadi pemegang saham\nBEI setelah proses demutualisasi rampung dilaksanakan.<\/p>\n<p>Pernyataan tersebut sekaligus merespons sinyal dari Badan Pengelola\nInvestasi Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) yang menyatakan minat untuk\nmenjadi pemegang saham Bursa setelah proses demutualisasi dilakukan.<\/p>",
