        "content": "<p>Beattie fit for Sentul challenge<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): This Sunday's Indonesian Grand Prix motor<br>\ncycling world championship in Sentul, West Java, will offer a<br>\nmore furious 500cc race with the return of Darryl Beattie.<\/p>\n<p>The Australian world champion contender has confirmed that he<br>\nis in good health and ready for this weekend's race, the second<br>\nleg of the world championship series, after crashing out of an<br>\nofficial practice for the season's opening race in Shah Alam,<br>\nMalaysia, on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>\"I was disappointed about getting off to a sloppy start, but<br>\nthere are still 14 races left for me, including Sentul,\" said<br>\nBeattie, who finished second behind compatriot Michael Doohan<br>\nlast season.<\/p>\n<p>\"I keep confident although I only have a week heading into the<br>\nnext race,\" Beattie said.<\/p>\n<p>Beattie's Suzuki slipped off the track in the Malaysian Grand<br>\nPrix last week, taking five other drivers with him: Alex<br>\nCriville, Kenny Roberts Jr, Loris Capirosi, Sinichi Itoh and<br>\nTadayuki Okada.<\/p>\n<p>Luca Cadalora, riding in a Honda, led the Italian charge by<br>\nwinning the season's 500cc opener. World champion Massimilliano<br>\nBiaggi triumphed in his favorite 250cc.<\/p>\n<p>Medical director Claudio Macchiago said that there was no need<br>\nto worry about the health of the six riders after their early<br>\ndepartures. \"They only suffered slight injuries. They will return<br>\nto the Sentul track,\" he said.<\/p>\n<p>President Soeharto is expected to kick off the 125cc race on<br>\nSunday, Indonesia's first world motor cycling championships.<\/p>\n<p>The host country will see its two riders, Petrus Canisius and<br>\nAhmad Jayadie, tackle world beating rivals in the 125cc class.<br>\n(amd)<\/p>",
