        "content": "<p>BDNI gets $50m loans<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Publicly listed Bank Dagang Nasional Indonesia<br>\n(BDNI) and the Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (DKB) of Japan have signed a<br>\nUS$50 million bilateral, medium-term loan facility.<\/p>\n<p>BDNI said the bilateral loan reflected DKB's confidence in<br>\nBDNI, but did not elaborate.<\/p>\n<p>BDNI and DKB entered into an agreement in 1991, establishing a<br>\njoint venture bank, PT Indonesia Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank.<\/p>\n<p>BDNI is Indonesia's third largest private bank with more than<br>\nRp 2 trillion (US$333 million) in capital and total assets of Rp<br>\n24.33 trillion as of last September.<\/p>\n<p>DKB is one of Japan's biggest banks, with total assets of<br>\n52,590 billion yen (US$404 billion).
