        "content": "<p>BCA Launches New Initiative with Smartwatches<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BCA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Jakarta, VIVA \u2013 Managing the needs of tens of millions of customers\nwith diverse activities and professions, which must be responded to\nappropriately, presents a unique challenge.<\/p>\n<p>PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) is addressing this challenge by\nintroducing a number of innovations through digital services. To\noptimise services, mobile banking is maintained, while the myBCA\nplatform continues to be developed with new features.<\/p>\n<p>Senior Vice President Transaction Banking Product Development at BCA,\nFera Agustina, said that one of the digital services provided to respond\nto the diverse needs of customers is myBCA.<\/p>\n<p>This digital platform from BCA is regularly updated and enhanced with\nnew features, adapting to the evolving needs of customers. \u201cWe\ncontinuously monitor customer transaction behaviour and try to address\nit with technological advancements,\u201d she said on Thursday, 26 February\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>Most recently, the myBCA application was updated with the Poket\nRupiah feature and the myBCA on Smartwatch service. These two features\nmake it easier for customers to access BCA\u2019s financial services from\ntheir smartwatches and manage various needs from a single account.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, around 90,000 customers are using myBCA on Smartwatch.<\/p>\n<p>MyBCA on Smartwatch is a product born from the evolution of people\u2019s\nlifestyles. The increasing use of smartwatches has strengthened the need\nto easily access financial services.<\/p>\n<p>Through myBCA on Smartwatch, customers no longer need to worry about\nmaking transactions if they forget or find it difficult to use their\nsmartphones and debit\/credit cards.<\/p>\n<p>Customers can complete transactions such as payments using QRIS Pay,\nQRIS Tap (specifically for WearOS users), and check their balance\ndirectly from their smartwatches.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe myBCA on Smartwatch application allows customers to make\npractical banking transactions through their smartwatches. We strive to\nmeet the current needs of our customers,\u201d said Fera.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, with the Poket Rupiah product, customers can use the\nsub-account feature to separate their balance into up to 20 different\nwallets in Rupiah directly from the application, without additional\nfees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis feature is not only popular with Gen Z, but also with\nhousewives who manage the family\u2019s budget. In addition, it is also\nuseful for workers who need to separate their budget according to\nexpenditure categories,\u201d she explained.<\/p>",
