Schwyn's complaint published in The<br>\nJakarta Post on Sept. 2 regarding a cash advance using a credit<br>\ncard, we apologize for the inconvenience Mr. Schwyn experienced.<br>\nAllow us to explain that in the case of Mr. Schwyn's cash advance<br>\nin Bali and Lombok there was a telecommunications\/transaction<br>\nauthorization charge of a maximum of Rp 20,000.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the receipt requested, we wish to explain again that<br>\nit is the policy of BCA not to include the fee in the cash<br>\nadvance invoice.
