        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted the operational\nschedule of its branch offices throughout the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr\njoint holidays and leave in 2026, following the joint leave schedule\nestablished by the government from 18-24 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>BCA President Director Hendra Lembong stated that the bank is\ncommitted to maintaining smooth operations and financial services for\nall customers during this period.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe ensure that customers can continue to access various financial\nservices from BCA through various channels by utilising our hybrid\nbanking services,\u201d said Hendra in a written statement in Jakarta on\nWednesday.<\/p>\n<p>On 19, 21, 22, and 23 March 2026, all branch offices and weekend\nbanking services will not operate. BCA branches will resume normal\noperations on 25 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>During limited operational hours, transactions that can be serviced\nat branches include non-financial transactions at customer service (CS)\ncounters, comprising account opening and closing, data changes, card\nreplacement, facility registration, and other non-financial\ntransactions.<\/p>\n<p>Financial transactions at teller counters include deposits,\nwithdrawals, fund transfers via BI-FAST, and other services (clearing\ntransactions, transfers via RTGS\/SKNBI, and foreign exchange services\ncannot be serviced as Bank Indonesia will not be operating).<\/p>\n<p>Hendra stated that the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr period is typically\ncharacterised by increased transaction activity. Therefore, the bank is\nresponding with system readiness, network capacity, and service channels\nto ensure customers can continue to transact safely and comfortably.<\/p>",
