        "content": "<p>The National Zakat Agency (Baznas) Bazis West Jakarta has repaired or\nrenovated 58 residents\u2019 houses between January and August 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Heru Norwanto, the Regional Coordinator of Baznas Bazis West Jakarta,\nstated that this achievement is part of a target to renovate 110 housing\nunits throughout 2026. \u201cUp until now, 58 houses have been renovated, out\nof the target of 110 units for 2026,\u201d Heru said when confirmed in\nJakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the house renovation programme is one of Baznas\nBazis\u2019s efforts to improve community welfare through the repair of\ndwellings for those in need. In its implementation, Baznas Bazis West\nJakarta is partnering with a single vendor or company, with a budget of\napproximately Rp55 million for each renovated house unit.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, Heru noted that the houses being renovated have a\nmaximum area of around 25-30 square metres. Construction is adjusted to\nthe conditions and land area, including the possibility of building one\nor two storeys. \u201cBaznas Bazis West Jakarta aims for the programme to\ncontinue until it reaches 110 housing units, as previously established\nfor 2026,\u201d Heru concluded.<\/p>",
