        "content": "<p>Baxter, Kalbe tie up<\/p>\n<p>DEERFIELD, USA (Reuter): Baxter World Trade Corp, a unit of<br>\nBaxter International Inc, said it formed a joint venture with PT<br>\nKalbe Farma, the largest pharmaceutical company in Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Under the agreement, Baxter acquired 51 percent of PT Pfrimmer<br>\nInfusol, a Kalbe Farma subsidiary.<\/p>\n<p>Baxter said the investment in Pfrimmer supports its expansion<br>\nstrategy in the Far East.
