        "content": "<p>The Directorate of Drug Crimes at Bareskrim Polri has transferred\nsuspect Ahmad Dolli along with evidence in a case of illicit\ndistribution of ketamine pharmaceutical preparations to the Deli Serdang\nDistrict Prosecutor\u2019s Office. This phase II transfer was carried out\nafter the case file was declared complete, or P21. \u201cToday, Thursday, 23\nJuly 2026, we have carried out the handover of the suspect and evidence,\nor Phase II, to the Deli Serdang District Prosecutor\u2019s Office on behalf\nof suspect Ahmad Dolli,\u201d said the Head of Sub-Directorate IV of the\nBareskrim Drug Directorate, Senior Commissioner Handik Zusen, in a\nstatement on Thursday (23\/7\/2026). Handik explained that during the\ntransfer, investigators handed over a number of pieces of evidence\nseized from the suspect. Among them were six green Chinese tea plastic\npackages labelled \u2018Tie Guan Yin\u2019 containing a white powder suspected to\nbe ketamine. \u201cThe evidence consists of six plastic packages of Chinese\ntea containing ketamine. In addition, we also handed over a Honda Revo\nmotorcycle without a number plate, a backpack, a rice sack, and a mobile\nphone used by the suspect,\u201d Handik clarified. The examination process of\nthe suspect and evidence was carried out directly by the Investigation\nTeam of Unit III, Sub-Directorate IV of Bareskrim Polri together with\nthe public prosecutor. It was stated that the transfer process of the\nsuspect and evidence proceeded smoothly. \u201cThe entire transfer process\nwas safe, orderly, and smooth,\u201d he added. The case originated from a\ndisclosure made by Bareskrim Polri in March 2026. The Director of Drug\nCrimes at Bareskrim Polri, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, revealed\nthat suspect Ahmad Dolli acted as a courier in this network. \u201cThe\nsuspect was arrested on Thursday, 26 March 2026, on Jalan Putra Denai,\nPantai Labu District, Deli Serdang. From the suspect, the team secured a\ntotal of 6,258 grammes of ketamine,\u201d stated Brigadier General Eko Hadi\nSantoso. Eko explained that the arrest stemmed from public information\nregarding the delivery of a large quantity of ketamine via land routes\nfrom Sialang Buah Village. When he was about to be arrested, Ahmad Dolli\nwas riding a motorcycle with his associate Jaka, who is currently still\non the wanted list. \u201cSuspect J managed to escape into a local palm oil\nplantation area during the chase due to the dark conditions,\u201d he said.\nBased on interrogation results, Ahmad Dolli admitted to obtaining the\nillicit goods from the waters of the Malacca Strait, specifically around\nBerhala Island. The suspect claimed the goods were found drifting and\nwere then taken to be resold. \u201cAhmad Dolli admitted to obtaining the\ngoods suspected to be ketamine from the Malacca Strait Sea, Berhala\nIsland, which were drifting and taken by them. On that Thursday, they\nintended to sell the goods to the Pantai Labu area,\u201d Eko stated.\n\u201cAccording to the suspect\u2019s confession, this ketamine was to be\ndistributed by suspect Ahmad Dolli for IDR 12 million to a buyer,\u201d he\ncontinued.
