        "content": "<p>The Narcotics Criminal Directorate (Dittipidnarkoba) of the National\nPolice Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim Polri) continues to\ninvestigate money laundering offences (TPPU) stemming from the drug\nbusiness of kingpin Erwin Iskandar alias Ko Erwin. In the latest\ndevelopment, investigators have seized assets worth Rp 15.3 billion from\nKo Erwin\u2019s wife and two children.<\/p>\n<p>Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso\nstated that the assets are strongly suspected to be connected to Ko\nErwin\u2019s drug business. The seized assets are varied, ranging from a\nseries of vehicles, shop houses to warehouses scattered across West Nusa\nTenggara (NTB).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigators are developing the TPPU case based on the financial\ntransactions of suspect Erwin Iskandar alias Ko Erwin, which were\ndisguised to his wife and two children,\u201d said Brigadier General Eko in\nhis statement on Wednesday (29\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the police had named Ko Erwin\u2019s wife and two children as\nsuspects in the TPPU case. The three are now detained at the Bareskrim\nPolri detention centre in South Jakarta. They are Virda Virginia\nPahlevi, Ko Erwin\u2019s wife, and their two children, Hadi Sumarho Iskandar\nand Christina Aurelia.<\/p>\n<p>Brigadier General Eko explained that the three suspects played roles\nin receiving funds from drug proceeds and providing personal bank\naccounts to hold money from Ko Erwin. Based on initial examinations, the\ntotal estimated value of the seized assets reaches Rp 15.3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe total estimated value of all seized assets is Rp\n15,300,000,000,\u201d Eko revealed.<\/p>\n<p>He detailed the assets successfully seized from the three. The assets\nseized from Virda Virginia are valued at Rp 1.05 billion, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>1 unit Toyota Avanza vehicle, 2025 model (valued at Rp 300\nmillion);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 unit Mitsubishi Xpander vehicle, 2019 model (valued at Rp 350\nmillion);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>2 Building Use Rights Certificates (HGB) at Samota Residence,\nSumbawa (valued at Rp 400 million).<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then, continued Eko, Hadi Sumarho Iskandar holds the largest assets\nwith an estimated value of Rp 11.35 billion. These assets include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>2 shop house units on Jl Sandubaya Bertais, Mataram (valued at Rp\n5 billion);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 warehouse unit at Pergudangan Dasan Cermen, Mataram (valued at\nRp 2 billion);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 unit Mitsubishi Pajero Sport vehicle, 2021 model (valued at Rp\n650 million);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>Several land ownership certificates (SHM) and payment receipts\nfor the warehouse worth billions of rupiah.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Meanwhile, Ko Erwin\u2019s daughter, Christina Aurelia, is said to manage\na travel business with capital suspected to come from her father. The\ntotal assets seized from her are worth Rp 2.9 billion, consisting\nof:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>4 Toyota Hiace vehicles (2 Premio type &amp; 2 Commuter type),\n2025 model, in the name of PT Sukses Abadi Buana (valued at Rp 2.55\nbillion);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 unit Mitsubishi Xpander vehicle (valued at Rp 350\nmillion);<\/p><\/li>\n<li><p>1 warehouse unit at Pergudangan Dasan Cermen, Mataram (valued at\nRp 1.5 billion included in the warehouse operational details).<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eko explained that based on examination results, Virda Virginia\nadmitted that all transactions in her personal account during the\n2025-2026 period came from Ko Erwin. She also handed over her accounts\nto be fully managed by her husband.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, suspect Hadi Sumarho admitted that he was instructed by\nhis father to purchase shop houses and warehouses in Mataram using his\naccount. These warehouses were then used by Hadi to run an agricultural\nbusiness involving pesticides and fertilisers.<\/p>\n<p>As for Christina Aurelia, Ko Erwin established a travel business for\nher under the name PT Sukses Abadi Buana. As director, she was provided\nwith four Toyota Hiace vehicles as a travel fleet and a warehouse to\nsupport her business.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cInvestigators have carried out seizures and installed police lines\non these assets. Currently, the suspects and evidence have been brought\nto the Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri office for further examination\nand case filing,\u201d added Brigadier General Eko.<\/p>\n<p>As is known, Ko Erwin is a major drug kingpin in NTB. He himself was\narrested while attempting to flee to Malaysia on Thursday, 26 February\n2026, specifically in the waters of Tanjung Balai, North Sumatra.<\/p>\n<p>The Ko Erwin case has also implicated former Bima City Police Chief\nAKBP Didik Putra Kuncoro and former Bima City Police Narcotics Unit Head\nAKP Malaungi.<\/p>\n<p>After capturing Ko Erwin, Bareskrim also apprehended several suspects\nin Ko Erwin\u2019s network.
