        "content": "<p>The Banten Provincial Government has received assistance from the\ncentral government in the form of a home renovation programme covering\n250 units, following its recognition as an outstanding regional\ngovernment for 2026 in the category of implementing the 3 Million Houses\nprogramme.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy Governor of Banten Achmad Dimyati Natakusumah expressed\ngratitude for the appreciation. According to him, the award is tangible\nevidence of the central government\u2019s positive assessment of the Banten\nProvincial Government\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed that these various achievements ultimately lead to public\nwelfare, as demonstrated by the assistance provided by the central\ngovernment.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the 250 home renovation units, Dimyati assured that\ndistribution would prioritise fairness and accurate targeting. The\ntechnical details of distribution will be discussed further by the\nRegional Secretary of Banten Province together with the Public Housing\nand Settlement Areas Agency and related officials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will be given to areas that truly need it,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Dimyati expressed hope that the assistance would improve housing\nquality so that the people of Banten can obtain decent homes. These categories\nwere chosen because they represent the fulfilment of people\u2019s basic\nneeds and efforts to improve quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur hope is that with this event, the winners will be even more\nenthusiastic. For those who were not fortunate this time, hopefully they\nwill be motivated to improve their performance to win the next\ncompetition,\u201d Tito said.<\/p>",
