        "content": "<p>The National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) has deployed 13\nvessels on the fourth day of the search for five journalists who lost\ncontact while covering the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau, spanning\nfour different sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Tangerang (ANTARA) - The Governor of Banten, Andra Soni, personally\nparticipated in the search process for the five journalists and three\nspeedboat crew members alongside the Joint SAR Team, using the KN SAR\n247 Tetuka from Ciwandan Port, Cilegon, on Friday morning\n(11\/09\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter a four-hour journey, we have approached the location, which\nremains in a safe area, meaning outside the 3 km radius of Mount Anak\nKrakatau. We are currently circling Rakata Island,\u201d stated Andra Soni in\na statement in Pandeglang on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>During the mission, Andra Soni pointed out Great Rakata Island and\nthe silhouette of Mount Anak Krakatau from the vessel he occupied with\nthe Joint SAR Team.<\/p>\n<p>Andra Soni noted that the Joint SAR Team stationed on the RIB 02\nvessel was currently conducting sweeping operations at Sertung Island,\nlocated near Mount Krakatau. \u201cWe are providing support to RIB 02, which\nis heading towards Sertung Island to carry out the sweep,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The National Search and Rescue Agency (Basarnas) has deployed 13\nvessels for the fourth day of the search for the five journalists who\nlost contact while reporting on the eruption of Mount Anak Krakatau\nacross four sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Banten SAR Office, Al Amrad, mentioned that the 13\npieces of equipment deployed for the fourth day of the operation include\nKRI Kerambit 627, KN SAR Tetuka, KP Hayabusa, KN SAR Basudewa, KRI\nLeuser 924, KAL Anyer, KP Sanjaya, RIB 02 Banten, RBB P Peucang, RIB\nLampung, KAL Pahowang, TB Gunung Santri, and KRI Lepu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor today, we are moving 13 vessels divided into four sectors,\u201d he\nsaid at the Marina Carita SAR Post, Pandeglar, Banten, on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the Joint SAR Team is continuing to monitor the islands\nsurrounding Mount Anak Krakatau, including Sebesi Island. \u201cWe will\nmonitor the entirety of Krakatau Island, Panjang Island, and Sertung\nIsland, while one RIB from Lampung, RIB 02, will circle the search area\naround Sebesi Island,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>The five journalists have been out of contact since Monday (07\/09)\nwhile travelling towards the Sunda Strait waters to cover the eruptive\nactivity of Mount Anak Krakatau.<\/p>",
