        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) \u2014 The provinces of Banten and Lampung have been\ndesignated as hosts of the Pekan Olahraga Nasional (PON) 2032 after\nbeing officially designated at the National Working Meeting (Rakernas)\nand Extraordinary National Sports Conference (Musornaslub) of KONI in\n2026, on Thursday. Head of the Recruitment and Screening Team for the\nPotential Hosts of PON XXIII\/2032, Major General (Ret.) Dr.\u00a0Suwarno,\nreported the results of the site visit to the sole candidate, Banten and\nLampung, meeting the requirements for facilities and infrastructure as\nhosts. \u201cDifferent from previous PONs. The conclusion from our visits is\nthat Banten meets 89 percent of the requirements, considering the\navailability of venues, dispersed hotels, and health facilities,\u201d\nSuwarno told reporters.
