        "content": "<p>The signing of the cooperation agreement took place at the Office of\nthe Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs in Jakarta on Monday\n(11\/5\/2026). The agreement with Danantara was also signed by the Regent\nof Serang, the Mayor of Serang, and the Mayor of Cilegon.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan stated that\nPresidential Regulation No.\u00a0109 of 2025 on Urban Waste Management\nthrough PSEL regulates the acceleration of waste handling in emergency\nconditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmergencies include those exceeding 1,000 tonnes, such as\nBantargebang and others,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to Zulhas, waste in such conditions must be promptly\nprocessed into clean energy in the form of electricity.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis must be accelerated into clean energy, electricity.
