        "content": "<p>Bank Sultra Successfully Holds Grand Draw of BANGHOKI Programme<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Sulawesi\nTenggara or Bank Sultra has successfully held the peak event of the\nprize draw from the innovative BANGHOKI (Banggona Hoki) programme. The\nlively event was centred at the courtyard of the former MTQ Monument on\nSaturday (25\/4\/2026), which also formed part of the festive series\nmarking the 62nd anniversary of Southeast Sulawesi Province.<\/p>\n<p>This peak event constituted the draw for the grand prizes, following\nprevious stages. On Friday, 24 April 2026, the organising committee had\nsealed the drawing equipment and conducted the draw for 880 other\nprizes.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure transparency and accountability, the entire process from\nsealing to drawing was witnessed and certified by the Social Services\nOffice (Dinsos) of Southeast Sulawesi Province, the Kendari City Police\nResort (Polresta), and a notary. This ensured that all winners were\nselected fairly and openly.<\/p>\n<p>The peak BANGHOKI draw event was attended by the Governor of\nSoutheast Sulawesi, Major General TNI (Ret.) Andi Sumangerukka, regents\nand mayors across Sultra, the Head of OJK Sultra, the Head of BI Sultra\nRepresentative, and Forkopimda Sultra officials. Bank Sultra\u2019s President\nDirector, Andri Permana Diputra Abubakar, in his address, emphasised the\nbank\u2019s efficiency and positive performance.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis evening\u2019s peak draw event is very special as it is combined\nwith the Harmoni Sultra activities for the 62nd anniversary of Southeast\nSulawesi Province. Participation requirements\nwere straightforward: maintaining a minimum balance of Rp1,000,000 at\nthe end of the programme period.
