        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) restructured its\nboard of directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS)\n2025, held on Tuesday (7\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Citing disclosures to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), at the\nAGMS, Bank Permata\u2019s shareholders approved changes to the board of\ndirectors\u2019 composition by terminating Djumariah Tenteram\u2019s tenure as a\ndirector of the company.<\/p>\n<p>According to Bank Permata\u2019s official website, Djumariah Tenteram\nbegan her career at Bank Permata as Head of Wealth Management, Retail\nLiability Products, and E-Channels from 2013 to 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe meeting has approved the termination of Mrs Djumariah Tenteram\u2019s\ntenure as a director of the company, effective from the closing of the\nmeeting,\u201d wrote Bank Permata\u2019s Corporate Secretary Katharine Grace in\nthe Material Information or Fact Report on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>At the 2025 AGMS, BNLI shareholders also approved the appointment of\nnew members to the board of commissioners and board of directors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe meeting approved the appointment of the following members of the\nboard of commissioners and board of directors of the company for a term\neffective from the closing of the meeting until the closing of the\ncompany\u2019s third Annual General Meeting of Shareholders following their\nappointment, or to be held in 2029, or at any time in a General Meeting\nof Shareholders in accordance with the company\u2019s articles of\nassociation,\u201d wrote Katharine.<\/p>\n<p>In a press release, shareholders approved the appointment of Sorakrit\nPhruthanontachai as a director of the company until the closing of the\n2029 AGMS.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to his appointment as director, Sorakrit Phruthanontachai\nworked at Bank Permata\u2019s parent company, Bangkok Bank, for more than 27\nyears.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Permata\u2019s President Commissioner Chartsiri Sophonpanich\nexpressed appreciation and thanks to the directors for their\nprofessional and responsible management of Bank Permata.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPerformance throughout 2025 has successfully built a strong\nfoundation to maintain growth continuity across all business lines in\nthe future, while strengthening competitiveness and creating value for\nshareholders and all stakeholders,\u201d said Chartsiri in the press release\non Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2025, Bank Permata recorded a net profit of Rp 3.6\ntrillion.<\/p>\n<p>This positive performance was accompanied by a 3.6% year-on-year\nincrease in total assets to Rp 268.3 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of capital, the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and CET-1 were\nrecorded at 34.6% and 26.6%, respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Permata\u2019s President Director Meliza M.
