JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk or BMRI will hold\nthe 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on 29 April\n2026.<\/p>\n
According to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) disclosure, the AGMS\nwill be conducted electronically through the electronic General Meeting\nSystem facility of KSEI or eASY.KSEI.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe company urges all shareholders to attend electronically and cast\ntheir votes in the meeting through the eASY.KSEI facility or to grant\nproxies via the eASY.KSEI facility provided by,\u201d stated Bank Mandiri\u2019s\nmanagement on Tuesday (17\/3\/2026).<\/p>\n
Management explained that BMRI shareholders entitled to attend or be\nrepresented at this AGMS are those whose names are recorded in the\ncompany\u2019s shareholder list and share ownership in the securities account\nbalance records as of 6 April 2026 at 16:00 WIB.<\/p>\n
Specifically for BMRI Series A Dwiwarna shareholders, they may\npropose AGMS agenda items. Such proposals must be submitted in writing\nto and received by the company\u2019s board of directors as the AGMS\norganiser no later than seven days before the meeting notice date,\nnamely on 31 March 2026.<\/p>\n
\u201cOne or more shareholders representing at least one-twentieth or more\nof the total issued shares of the company with valid voting rights, and\nSeries A Dwiwarna Shareholders, may propose meeting agenda items by\nfulfilling the provisions of Article 24 Paragraph 6 of the Company\u2019s\nArticles of Association and Article 16 of the POJK on AGMS,\u201d the company\nclarified.<\/p>\n
Bank Mandiri\u2019s President Director Riduan stated that the dividend\namount to be distributed to shareholders soon will be better than the\nprevious year.<\/p>\n
\u201cLast year it was 78 percent, right? Approximately that much. It will\ndefinitely be better than last year,\u201d he said when met at the DPR RI\nBuilding in Jakarta on Wednesday (18\/2\/2026).<\/p>\n
Nevertheless, Riduan emphasised that the certainty of the 2025\ndividend payment will depend on the decision of the majority\nshareholders, namely Danantara Indonesia.<\/p>\n
