Bank Mandiri is preparing its digital services to handle\nthis surge. System enhancements are being made to ensure customer\ntransactions run smoothly amid high public mobility. Senior Executive\nVice President of Information Technology at Bank Mandiri, Susilo\nHardiyantono, stated that transaction increases have become a routine\npattern every Lebaran. Therefore, system capacity and infrastructure\nhave been strengthened from the outset. \u201cWe ensure services remain\nstable and responsive so customers can transact comfortably,\u201d he said,\nquoted on Thursday (19\/3\/2026). For the public, the convenience of\ntransacting without visiting branches is an important need, especially\nduring mudik. The Livin\u2019 by Mandiri app has become one of the primary\nchoices for various daily transactions.
