PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is scheduled to distribute its final dividend for the 2025 financial year worth IDR 35.14 trillion to shareholders on Monday, 25 May 2026, bringing the total cash dividend payout to IDR 44.47 trillion or IDR 476.95 per share. Despite the substantial dividend distribution offering a dividend yield of approximately 8.14 per cent, BMRI's share price has come under continued pressure, declining 1.20 per cent to IDR 4,120 per share as of Friday trading and falling 12.34 per cent over the past month, driven in part by foreign investor selling amounting to IDR 4.99 trillion. The stock's valuation has become relatively attractive, with its price-to-earnings ratio (PER) at 6.58 times approaching its ten-year historical low of 5.91 times, prompting Samuel Sekuritas to maintain a buy recommendation with a target price of IDR 5,500 per share.",

Despite this massive dividend
distribution, BMRI share prices continue to face downward pressure, with
valuations now trading at levels relatively cheaper compared to
historical averages.

Bank Mandiri previously approved a total cash dividend distribution
of IDR 44.47 trillion, equivalent to IDR 476.95 per share, at the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 29 April 2026. This
amount already includes an interim dividend of IDR 9.32 trillion or IDR
100 per share, which was distributed on 14 January 2026.

Accordingly, the remaining final dividend to be paid to shareholders
reaches IDR 35.14 trillion or equivalent to IDR 376.95 per share.

Shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend are investors
recorded in the shareholder register as at 12 May 2026 at 4:00 PM
Western Indonesia Time. The cum date for the dividend occurred on 8 May
2026.

On the cum date trading session, BMRI shares closed at IDR 4,630 per
share.
