        "content": "<p>Bank Mandiri gets Rp 75t<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The government issued on Tuesday Rp 75 trillion<br>\n(US$10.7 billion) worth of bonds to complete the recapitalization<br>\nof state Bank Mandiri.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Finance said in a statement this amount<br>\nrepresented the second tranche of recapitalization funding<br>\ninjected into the country's largest bank.<\/p>\n<p>With the issuance of the second tranche of bonds, the<br>\ngovernment has completed the recapitalization of Bank Mandiri at<br>\na total cost of Rp 178 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>The government issued the first tranche of bonds, totaling Rp<br>\n103 trillion, to Bank Mandiri on Oct. 13.<\/p>\n<p>\"With this recapitalization, Bank Mandiri is expected to be<br>\nable to revive the real sector and implement its working<br>\nprogram,\" the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>After issuing the second tranche of bonds, the government<br>\nsigned an interim investment management and performance agreement<br>\nwith Bank Mandiri's management.
