        "content": "<p>Bank Jakarta is encouraging saving habits and financial management\nunderstanding among students through various educational activities and\nbanking services. This effort is carried out through the implementation\nof the One Account One Student (KEJAR) programme initiated by the\nFinancial Services Authority (OJK).<\/p>\n<p>Bank Jakarta President Director Agus H Widodo said that access to\nfinancial services needs to be accompanied by an understanding of\nfinancial management from school age. One of the efforts made by Bank\nJakarta is through the SimPel (Student Savings) product. The product is\nused to support financial education and inclusion while encouraging\nsaving habits from an early age.<\/p>\n<p>Agus said that Bank Jakarta is also strengthening cooperation with\nregional governments, the OJK, and educational units to expand access to\nfinancial services for students.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Bank Jakarta Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi said that\nthe implementation of KEJAR is not only related to account ownership,\nbut also the formation of habits in managing finances. \u201cFor Bank\nJakarta, the KEJAR Programme is not only about account ownership, but\nalso how to build saving habits and improve students\u2019 understanding of\nthe importance of financial management from an early age,\u201d Arie said in\na press release on Saturday (29\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Financial education is also carried out through Bank Goes to School\nactivities. Bank Jakarta became a finalist in the Most Active Bank in\nImplementing Bank Goes to School category at the KEJAR Award 2026.<\/p>\n<p>At the Peak of Indonesia Saving Day and Financial Literacy Month 2026\norganised by the OJK at Sekolah Rakyat Menengah Atas 13 Bekasi on Friday\n(28\/8\/2026), Bank Jakarta won the KEJAR Award 2026 as the Best KEJAR\nImplementing Bank in the Regional Development Bank (BPD) category for\nthe Java-Bali region.<\/p>\n<p>On the same occasion, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government received\nan award as the Best KEJAR Implementing Region at the Provincial Level\nfor the Java-Bali region.
