        "content": "<p>JAKARTA - PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) recorded a net profit after tax\n(NPAT) of Rp 86 billion for the first quarter of 2026. This figure\nrepresents a 42% year-on-year increase compared to Rp 60 billion in the\nsame period last year.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of intermediation, Bank Jago noted credit disbursements of\nRp 25.2 trillion by the end of March 2026. This amount grew 24%\nyear-on-year from Rp 20.3 trillion in the corresponding period the\nprevious year.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Jago\u2019s President Director, Arief Harris, stated that this\nachievement is inseparable from the strategy of collaborating with\nvarious partners, including ecosystems and digital platforms, financing\ncompanies, and other financial institutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith a dynamic economic situation, Bank Jago is expanding credit\nwhile maintaining quality and prioritising prudence,\u201d he said in an\nofficial statement on Tuesday (28\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Credit growth also propelled Bank Jago\u2019s total assets. By the end of\nMarch 2026, the bank\u2019s assets reached Rp 39.5 trillion, a 22% increase\nfrom Rp 32.5 trillion in the same period the previous year.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of the first quarter of 2026, Bank Jago served 19.4\nmillion customers, including 15.2 million funding customers using the\nJago App. The total number of Bank Jago customers increased by more than\n3 million from 16.3 million at the end of the first quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The growth in funding customers aligns with a 23% year-on-year\nincrease in third-party funds (DPK). By March 2026, Bank Jago\u2019s total\nDPK reached Rp 26.4 trillion, up from Rp 21.4 trillion in March\n2025.<\/p>\n<p>Of the total DPK, the portion of current account and savings account\n(CASA) was 53%, equivalent to Rp 13.9 trillion. The remainder came from\ndeposits, contributing 47% or Rp 12.5 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, the Jago App is not just a place for saving and transacting,\nbut has become a place to grow customers\u2019 finances more\ncomprehensively,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Bank Jago maintained its capitalisation, as reflected\nin a capital adequacy ratio (CAR) of 29.9%. This provides ample room to\nsupport future business expansion.
