        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders\n(AGMS) of PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) approved the company\u2019s annual report\nfor the 2025 fiscal year and determined the composition of the board of\ndirectors and board of commissioners for the 2026-2029 term.<\/p>\n<p>Bank Jago\u2019s President Director, Arief Harris, stated that the AGMS\nagreed to the appointment of Nicholas Tan as a company director for the\n2026-2029 term, effective after obtaining approval from the Financial\nServices Authority (OJK).<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas is a graduate of Brown University in the United States and\nholds a doctorate from the University of Cambridge in the United\nKingdom.<\/p>\n<p>Nicholas joined Bank Jago in January 2025 as Head of Retail Banking\nBusiness at Bank Jago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNicholas will play a larger role in growing Bank Jago\u2019s retail\nbusiness to the next growth phase. We believe Nicholas\u2019s presence will\nstrengthen Bank Jago\u2019s leadership in the national digital banking\nindustry,\u201d said Arief in an official statement on Thursday\n(7\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Bank Jago\u2019s management presented the company\u2019s positive achievements\nfor 2025 at the AGMS.<\/p>\n<p>By the end of 2025, Bank Jago\u2019s customer base reached 18.2 million\ncustomers, including 14.2 million funding customers via the Jago\nApplication.<\/p>\n<p>The increase in customers was accompanied by growth in third-party\nfunds (DPK) and credit disbursements at Bank Jago.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout 2025, Bank Jago managed to collect DPK amounting to Rp25.9\ntrillion, or a 38% growth compared to the previous year\u2019s collection of\nRp18.8 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>This combination influenced Bank Jago\u2019s net profit after tax for\nDecember 2025, which increased by 115% to Rp276 billion from the\nprevious year\u2019s profit of Rp129 billion in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, total assets reached Rp36.5 trillion, up 28% from the 2024\nfigure of Rp28.5 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe 2025 achievements continue to motivate us to innovate and\ncollaborate in providing financial products and services that can\nimprove the lives of millions of customers in Indonesia,\u201d he added.<\/p>",
