The decision received approval from investors\nat the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of CIMB Niaga. The\ndividend payout amounts to 40 percent of the total net profit (bank\nonly) for CIMB Niaga throughout 2025, which stood at IDR 6.78 trillion.\nThe cash dividends will be paid no later than 30 calendar days after the\nAGMS decision. Fransiska Oei, Director of Compliance, Corporate Affairs\n&amp; Legal at CIMB Niaga, stated that shareholders also approved the\nreappointment of three members of the Board of Commissioners, namely\nDidi Syafruddin Yahya as President Commissioner of the company, and Sri\nWidowati and Farina J.
