        "content": "<p>Bandung, West Java (ANTARA) - PT KAI Regional Operations (Daop) 2\nBandung has assured that regular train (KA) operations in its area\ncontinue to run normally without disruption, despite route diversion\nengineering for several Java-crossing trains due to a train derailment\nat Bumiayu Station, Central Java.<\/p>\n<p>Public Relations Manager of KAI Daop 2 Bandung, Kuswardojo,\nemphasised that journeys departing from and passing through Daop 2, such\nas Argo Wilis, Turangga, Lodaya, Malabar, Harina, Parahyangan, up to\nlocal trains Bandung Raya and Garut, are not impacted by delays or\ncancellations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlhamdulillah, up to now there has been no impact,\u201d said Kuswardojo\nin Bandung, West Java, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>This route engineering through Daop 2 territory was taken by KAI\nfollowing a disruption to the Bangunkarta train (161) journey due to a\nderailment at Bumiayu Station in Daop 5 Purwokerto at 14:15 WIB.<\/p>\n<p>As a strategic solution to guarantee safety and reduce delay figures,\nKAI is diverting the routes of five long-distance train journeys to loop\nvia the Kroya-Bandung-Cikampek line.<\/p>\n<p>The list of trains undergoing route diversion looping through Daop 2\nBandung territory includes KA Argo Semeru (5) on the Surabaya\nGubeng-Gambir route, KA Gaya Baru Malam Selatan (89) on the Surabaya\nGubeng-Pasarsenen route, KA Progo (257) on the Lempuyangan-Pasarsenen\nroute, KA Senja Utama Yogyakarta (107) on the Yogyakarta-Pasarsenen\nroute, and KA Senja Utama Yogyakarta (108) on the Pasarsenen-Lempuyangan\nroute.<\/p>\n<p>Kuswardojo explained that this route diversion is the company\u2019s top\npriority in placing safety aspects above all journey operations.<\/p>\n<p>His side has also prepared all aspects of infrastructure, facilities,\nand field personnel to support the smooth flow of the diverted\ntrains.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are striving for all trains passing through Daop 2 Bandung\nterritory to continue running smoothly and safely.
