KUPANG, East Nusa Tenggara (JP): City police have arrested a
\nman posing as a female prostitute for allegedly severely biting
\nthe genitals of eight young men in the area since 1994.<\/p>\n
The long-wanted suspect, Serpatius Da Cunha, reportedly
\ncruised the streets wearing flashy dresses, bra and high heels
\nand offered sexual favors to would-be victims.<\/p>\n
City police chief detective Capt. Hendri Jaga said the suspect
\nwas caught on Saturday night on a tip from a truck driver's
\nassistant who had his penis badly bitten.<\/p>\n
The victim told the police that as soon as he dropped his
\npants, Serpatius quickly bit the \"content\" although he had
\noffered \"her\" Rp 5,000 (US$2.20) for a session in a vacant house.<\/p>\n
\"The culprit ran for his life as the victim screamed for
\nhelp,\" Hendri told The Jakarta Post. \"Citizens caught him lying
\nfacedown in a vacant lot.\"<\/p>\n
Serpatius told the Post in his detention cell he bit the truck
\ndriver's assistant only in self-defense.<\/p>\n
\"I would not have bitten it had he not forced me into having
\nsex,\" he said. He denied having committed the offense before as
