        "content": "<p>Bali will become the pilot for the central government\u2019s social\nassistance (bansos) digitalisation programme. This follows a\ncoordination meeting of all regional heads with the National Economic\nCouncil (DEN) and the Minister of Home Affairs in Jakarta on Tuesday\n(30\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe view this programme as very important and it must be implemented\nimmediately for a more targeted and accountable distribution of social\nassistance. So we strongly support this programme,\u201d said Bali Governor\nWayan Koster in a written statement received by detikBali on Wednesday\n(1\/7\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, Koster also conveyed that Bali had prepared\nseveral stages for the programme\u2019s implementation. However, based on the\nachievement indicators, Bali\u2019s progress was still unsatisfactory.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is because in the last two weeks, Bali has had many religious\nholidays. After returning from this coordination meeting, we will\naccelerate. Systematically, we have prepared concrete stages for\nimplementation,\u201d Koster explained.<\/p>\n<p>Koster is targeting the registration process to be completed by the\nend of July at the latest. To speed this up, Koster requested support\nfrom facilitators to reach down to the banjar level more quickly.<\/p>\n<p>DEN Chairman Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan asked the regional heads serving\nas pilots to maintain cohesion so that the registration target can be\nachieved.
