"summary": "Pertamina will apply an odd-even licence-plate rule to fuel purchases at all its Bali stations from 17 to 19 October 2026, while monitoring queues with support from the military and police. The company says its 48 million litres of fuel stock can cover demand for 14 to 15 days, and has extended round-the-clock service at 66 stations; a delayed fuel ship had disrupted depot distribution.",
