        "content": "<p>The Bali Provincial Legislative Council (DPRD) has revealed that many\nbusiness operators are yet to utilise Balinese script. This was stated\nby Gede Kusuma Putra, Coordinator of the discussion on the Governor of\nBali\u2019s Accountability Report for the 2025 budget, during the Bali DPRD\nPlenary Session on Friday (24\/4\/2026).<\/p>\n<p>Putra assessed that numerous business actors are negligent regarding\nthe implementation of Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2018 on the\nBalinese Language, Script, and Literature.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Council reminds once again of the need to coordinate with\ndistrict\/city governments to take concrete actions against parties who\nare still negligent and remiss towards the implementation of Regional\nRegulation No.\u00a01 of 2018 on the Balinese Language, Script, and\nLiterature. Many examples have been found in the field,\u201d said Putra.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the council provided notes for the government to\nincrease investment in primary sectors such as agriculture. This step is\ndeemed important to drive added value for goods or products\nproduced.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo boost or increase Bali Province\u2019s per capita GRDP, which in fact\nevery year on average is below the national level,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>The council also urged the government to conduct in-depth studies on\nthe amount of aid for traditional villages and subak.
