There are signs of concern and disappointment among the<br>\npeople.<\/p>\n<p>Big business has made the same promise on several occasions<br>\nbefore -- at the Hilton and Tapos cattle breeding meetings -- but<br>\nno concrete action has been taken.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to offer my help in solving the social gap<br>\nproblem; to improve the wellbeing of the 27 million people living<br>\nbelow the poverty line in less than ten years.
