According to Koster,
total sales turnover from the 74 culinary stalls at PKB 2026 reached IDR
5 billion. “Last year it was IDR 4.9 billion. Now it has increased by
another IDR 100 million,” he stated. Meanwhile, the Bali Bangkit small
and medium industry (IKM) stands at PKB 2026, comprising 124 traders,
also generated a total profit of IDR 11.3 billion. “So if you total the
culinary and IKM sales, it is more than IDR 16 billion. A round of
applause for our culinary sector,” Koster said. After presenting these
figures, Koster immediately announced the 2026 Festival Bali Jani.
