        "content": "<p>Bakrie named best issuer<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): Euromoney financial magazine has named PT Bakrie<br>\nBrothers as Indonesia's best issuer of the year and state-owned<br>\ntelecommunications company PT Telkom as Asia's largest equity<br>\nissuer.<\/p>\n<p>In its December edition \"Asia's Best\" supplement, Euromoney<br>\ndefines its issuers of the year as the borrowers that get the<br>\nbalance right and have gained the respect of both bankers and<br>\nborrowers.<\/p>\n<p>Telkom sold some 20 percent of its enlarged shares last year<br>\nto domestic as well as foreign markets. Euromoney names Telkom's<br>\nshare offering as Asia's largest privatization and largest<br>\ninitial share offering and second largest equity issuer.<\/p>\n<p>It also ranks the share offering of state-owned tin miner PT<br>\nTambang Timah as Asia's sixth largest privatization. Tambang<br>\nTimah sold about 25 percent of its enlarged shares to both<br>\ndomestic and foreign market last year. (rid)<\/p>",
