        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia \u2013 PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk (UNSP)\nhas announced the establishment of a new subsidiary, PT Bakrie Bhumi\nPhala. The company set it up together with PT Agrowiyana (AGW).<\/p>\n<p>According to a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), PT\nBakrie Bhumi Phala operates in the wholesale trade of vegetable oils and\nfats. The company\u2019s entire authorised capital has been issued and fully\npaid up by its shareholders. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations owns 99.5%,\nwhile AGW holds the remaining 0.5%.<\/p>\n<p>The new company was established under deed No.\u00a046, dated 20 October\n2026, drawn up before notary Bima Yogie Purnama, S.H., M.Kn.\nAccordingly, the date of this material event is 20 October 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The company hopes the establishment of the new subsidiary will\nsupport business expansion and increase its overall revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Bakrie Sumatera Plantations is engaged in oil palm plantations, the\nprocessing of crude palm oil (CPO) and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO),\nrubber plantations and processing, as well as downstream industries\nbased on vegetable oils.<\/p>",
