        "content": "<p>Bad weather fails to disturb voting<\/p>\n<p>RUSSIA: In spite of sub zero temperatures in Moscow, more than<br>\nhundred Indonesians came to the polling booth at the Indonesian<br>\nEmbassy in Moscow and exercised their right to vote on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>From the Indonesian community in the Russian Federation, 151<br>\npeople registered to vote. The voter turn out on the polling day<br>\nwas 93.88 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Indonesian Ambassador to Russia Susanto Pudjomartono said in a<br>\npress release sent to The Jakarta Post that 141 people exercised<br>\ntheir democratic right despite the freezing weather.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, voters living outside Moscow in St. Petersburg,<br>\nSamara and Krasnowdarki sent their ballots by post.<\/p>\n<p>In the vote counting on the same day, the Indonesian<br>\nDemocratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) secured the top position<br>\nwith 28 votes, while the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) came<br>\nsecond with 23 votes and the National Mandate Party (PAN) was<br>\nthird with 21 votes. -- JP<\/p>",
