        "content": "<p>Avocado recipes<\/p>\n<p>Guacamole ala Jakarta<br>\nA hot, delicious dip for fried cassava chips<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients:<br>\n1\/4 small onion<br>\n1-2 plump, seeded chili Serrano (or chili Toraja, a plump green <br>\nchili available in supermarkets)<br>\n3 green chili paddy, seeded <br>\n2 sprigs fresh cilantro (daun ketumbar, Chinese parsley)<br>\n1\/4 tsp salt or to taste<br>\n2 medium-ripe soft avocados, flesh scooped and mashed<br>\n1 red tomato, skinned, seeded and finely chopped<br>\n1\/4 small onion, finely chopped<br>\n2 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>1. Mix flour, margarine, sugar, yolks and powdered milk into a <br>\ndough and knead until smooth<br>\n2.   Grease the pie pan or plate and press the dough onto the <br>\nbottom and around 2 cm up the sides, forming a shell. Brush with <br>\negg yolk and bake 35 minutes in medium heat oven or until done <br>\nand golden. Set aside and let cool.<br>\n3.   Mix coconut milk, yolks, flour, sugar, powdered milk and agar-<br>\nagar in a saucepan. Let it come to the boil slowly while <br>\nstirring. Add avocado puree to the mixture, lower flame. Continue <br>\ncooking until filling thickens. Cool.<br>\n4.   Pour filling into baked shell, garnish with avocado slices, <br>\njackfruit and young coconut.
