        "content": "<p>Authorities reject traders' demands<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA (JP): The authority of Pluit development in North<br>\nJakarta has refused to fulfill traders' requests for kiosks on<br>\nthe ground floor of the new Muara Karang market.<\/p>\n<p>The head of the development authority, Darrundono, told<br>\ncouncilors on Friday that the placement of the traders is based<br>\non the type of goods they sell.<\/p>\n<p>\"It is impossible to fulfill their demands because the new<br>\nmarket is arranged based on the type of goods. For example, the<br>\nfirst floor is for jewelry and electronics only,\" Darrundono told<br>\na member of the City Council's Commission B for economic affairs<br>\nover the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>He said the arrangement was aimed at making the new market<br>\ncleaner and tidier.
