        "content": "<p>Aussies charge RI of dumping<\/p>\n<p>MELBOURNE (AP): Australia's industry and union leaders said<br>\nThursday the country's paper industry is at risk of being swamped<br>\nby an Indonesian manufacturer with huge stockpiles and a<br>\nreputation for dumping on overseas markets.<\/p>\n<p>Industry leader Amcor, unions and lobby groups have united in<br>\nan appeal that Customs Minister Amanda Vanstone retain dumping<br>\npenalties against Tjiwi Kimia, part of the Asia Pulp &amp; Paper<br>\n(PAP) conglomerate.<\/p>\n<p>Tjiwi Kimia has applied to have penalties imposed after it<br>\ndumped four years ago removed.<\/p>\n<p>\"This is a company that has a propensity to dump, has dumped<br>\nin the past and would no doubt do so again,\" said Arthur<br>\nWilliamson, marketing managing director of Amcor's Australian<br>\nPaper.<\/p>\n<p>\"The domestic market could not compete with dumped goods...<br>\nwe are concerned for the Australian market and (therefore) the<br>\nemployment situation,\" he said.<\/p>",
