        "content": "<p>Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Republic of Indonesia\u2019s Attorney\nGeneral\u2019s Office (Kejagung) has designated HS or Hery Susanto, as\nChairman of the Republic of Indonesia Ombudsman, as a suspect in the\ncriminal corruption case (Tipikor) concerning the management of nickel\nmining business from 2013 to 2025. \u201cThe Jampidsus investigation team has\ndesignated HS in the Tipikor case of nickel mining business management\nin 2025. The designation of the suspect was carried out after the\ninvestigation team conducted searches and other actions,\u201d explained the\nDirector of Investigation at Jampidsus Kejagung, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi,\nat the Kejagung Office, Jakarta, on Thursday (16\/4\/2026). Syarief\nSulaeman detailed the chronology, stating that Hery Susanto\u2019s\ninvolvement initially stemmed from the issue of calculating Non-Tax\nState Revenue (PNBP) by PT TSHI submitted to the Ministry of Forestry.\n\u201cWhere PT TSHI sought a way out, then together with brother HS arranged\nit, so that the letter or policy by the Ministry of Forestry was\ncorrected by the Ombudsman, allowing PT TSHI to calculate its own burden\nto be paid,\u201d explained Syarief Sulaeman.
