The Attorney General\u2019s Office (Kejagung) continues to investigate the\nalleged corruption case related to the management of the Free Nutrition\nProgram (MBG) at the National Nutrition Agency (BGN) for 2025-2026.\nKejagung stated that the suspects allegedly worked together to carry out\ntheir actions.<\/p>\n
The Acting Head of the Legal Information Center (Kapuspenkum) of the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office, Mohammad Jeffry, revealed that the three\nsuspects in this case did not act independently. The three suspects,\nformer Head of BGN, Dadan Hindayana, and two former Deputy Heads of BGN,\nSony Sonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, are suspected of coordinating in the\nillegal practices related to the SPPG (Nutrition Fulfillment Unit)\nproject.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey worked together, the three of them,\u201d said Jeffry to reporters,\nThursday (June 4, 2026).<\/p>\n
Jeffry explained that in carrying out the alleged corruption, the\nsuspects already knew each other. However, no further details were given\nregarding the roles and coordination among them.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe point is, they all knew,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
Jeffry stated that the scope of the alleged corruption is not limited\nto the procurement process. There are indications of practices related\nto the determination of SPPG locations or \u2018kitchen locations\u2019.<\/p>\n
\u201cYesterday, it was mentioned that in addition to being related to the\nprocurement of goods, it is also related to the SPPG locations. Those\nare the \u2018kitchen locations\u2019,\u201d Jeffry concluded.<\/p>\n
Kejagung has named Dadan Hindayana, Sony Sonjaya, and Lodewyk Pusung\nas suspects. The three are suspected of intervening in the verification\nprocess of BGN partner portals so that foundations owned by them would\nstill be approved even though they did not meet the requirements.<\/p>\n
\u201cIn fact, the foundations designated as SPPG (Nutrition Fulfillment\nUnit) partners are foundations used as a means for crime and are\naffiliated with officials or employees of BGN who do not meet the\nrequirements to become SPPG partners. However, they were still appointed\nby manipulating the verification on the BGN partner portal with the\nattention of the suspects,\u201d said the Director of Investigation at the\nDeputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus) of the Attorney\nGeneral\u2019s Office, Syarief Sulaeman Nahdi, in a press conference at the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office, Wednesday (June 3).<\/p>\n
Not only intervening, the three are also suspected of being\naffiliated with a number of SPPGs. From the affiliation of the three\nsuspects, a number of SPPG foundations received billions of rupiah each\nday.<\/p>\n
