The Attorney General\u2019s Office (Kejagung) has named the former head of\nthe National Nutrition Agency (BGN), Dadan Hindayana, as a suspect in\nthe investigation of alleged corruption regarding the governance of the\nFree Nutritious Meal (MBG) programme. Additionally, the Attorney\nGeneral\u2019s Office has named two former deputy heads of the BGN, Sony\nSonjaya and Lodewyk Pusung, as suspects in the same case.<\/p>\n
This designation was announced by the Director of Investigation at\nthe Attorney General\u2019s Office for Special Crimes, Syarief Sulaeman\nNahdi, during a press conference in front of the Jampidsus Building,\nSouth Jakarta, on Wednesday (3\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter undergoing a series of examinations, Mr.\u00a0DH, Mr.\u00a0SS, and\nMr.\u00a0LP were interrogated as witnesses. Based on sufficient evidence\nobtained by the investigative team, the investigators have designated\nMr.\u00a0DH, as the head of the National Nutrition Agency; Mr.\u00a0SS, as the\ndeputy head of the National Nutrition Agency for operational nutrition\nfulfilment; and Mr.\u00a0LP, as the deputy head of the National Nutrition\nAgency for organisational development and institutional relations, as\nsuspects in the investigation of alleged corruption in the governance of\nthe MBG programme at the BGN for the years 2025 to 2026,\u201d stated\nSyarief.<\/p>\n
Previously, Dadan, Sony, and Lodewyk were escorted into the Jampidsus\ndetention vehicle by investigators.
