Attorney General ST Burhanuddin delivered seven daily directives to\nserve as guidelines for all members of the Adhyaksa (Prosecutor\u2019s\nOffice) during the commemoration of the 81st Anniversary of the\nIndonesian Prosecutor\u2019s Office at the Training and Education Agency\n(Badiklat) in South Jakarta, on Wednesday (2\/9).<\/p>\n
Firstly, the Attorney General commanded the Prosecutor\u2019s Office ranks\nto implement divine values in every execution of duties and\ndecision-making processes.<\/p>\n
Secondly, the ranks are directed to restore the honour and dignity of\nthe Prosecutor\u2019s Office as a law enforcement institution that provides\nbenefits and justice to the community.<\/p>\n
Thirdly, the Prosecutor\u2019s Office is instructed to support the \u2018Asta\nCita\u2019 (Eight Goals) and ensure the success of priority programmes and\nPresidential directives, in accordance with the duties and functions of\nthe Prosecutor\u2019s Office, to realise a sovereign, just, and prosperous\nIndonesia.<\/p>\n
Fourthly, the Attorney General ordered his subordinates to use their\nconscience in performing the duties and functions of the Prosecutor\u2019s\nOffice professionally, while upholding the values of truth and\njustice.<\/p>\n
Fifthly, the Prosecutor\u2019s Office is requested to build harmonious\nsynergy and realise productive collaboration between ministries,\nagencies, and all stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Sixthly, the Attorney General commanded his ranks to uphold\nsimplicity in their duties and social interactions in daily life as a\nreflection of the integrity and exemplary nature of the Adhyaksa\npersonnel.<\/p>\n
Seventhly, the Prosecutor\u2019s Office ranks are directed to increase\nsensitivity to societal dynamics and legal developments, and to act\nswiftly and accurately in facing changing situations.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the Attorney General invited all members of the Adhyaksa\nto use the commemoration of the Prosecutor\u2019s Office Anniversary as a\nturning point to renew their spirit of service and dedication to the\nnation and state.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are the spearhead of law enforcement, and we are also the\nguardians of legal sovereignty,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
He also expressed his gratitude for the contributions of all Adhyaksa\npersonnel.<\/p>\n
\u201cContinue to work with great enthusiasm, continue to maintain\nintegrity, and continue to fight to realise justice in this country,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n
