Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial\nPlanning\/National Land Agency (ATR\/BPN) has offered strengthened\ncooperation with regional governments across Lampung Province through\nnine collaborative programmes in the land and spatial planning\nsector.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are continuing our transformation; public satisfaction is\nparamount and absolute,\u201d said Dedi Noor Cahyanto, Expert Staff for Land\nEconomics at the ATR\/BPN Ministry, in a statement in Jakarta on\nFriday.<\/p>\n
According to him, the step forms part of the ministry\u2019s service\ntransformation to deliver more responsive public services whilst\nsupporting regional development.<\/p>\n
Dedi said the transformation undertaken by the ministry focuses not\nonly on improving internal services but also on strengthening\ncoordination with regional governments.<\/p>\n
With good coordination, he said, information in the land and spatial\nplanning sector can be conveyed in full and serve as the basis for\nresolving various issues in the regions.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe ATR\/BPN Ministry wants to change; we want to be your partner.\nToday\u2019s economic conditions in the regions must be a shared\nresponsibility,\u201d he said at a coordination meeting on optimising\ncooperation with the Lampung Provincial Government at the Governor\u2019s\nOffice.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Tri Wibisono, Regional Inspector II at the ATR\/BPN\nMinistry, also urged regional governments to build commitment through\nstructured cooperation.<\/p>\n
Such cooperation is directed at supporting three main focal points of\nregional government authority: strengthening the regional economy and\ncompetitiveness, improving the quality of public services through legal\ncertainty, and managing regional finances and assets.<\/p>\n
\u201cToday, Lampung Province has the opportunity to build models for\nimplementing this cooperation. I am confident Lampung will later become\na role model, particularly on the island of Sumatra,\u201d said Tri.<\/p>\n
The nine cooperation programmes offered to regional governments are\nthe result of coordination between the ATR\/BPN Ministry and the\nCorruption Eradication Commission (KPK).<\/p>\n
The cooperation programme among the three parties will be realised\nthrough the integration of the Land Field Identification Number (NIB)\nwith the Tax Object Number (NOP), the integration of land services with\npublic service malls, and the acceleration of land registration.<\/p>\n
In addition, cooperation is also focused on accelerating the\npreparation of Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTR) integrated with the Online\nSingle Submission (OSS) system, implementing a geospatial-based land\ncensus, and integrating Sustainable Food Agriculture Zones\/Land\n(KP2B\/LP2B) into the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW).<\/p>\n
Other programmes include optimising the role of the Agrarian Reform\nTask Force (GTRA), developing and utilising Land Value Zones (ZNT), and\nland consolidation to support regional development.<\/p>\n
Lampung Governor Rahmat Mirzani Djausal welcomed the initiative,\nsaying the programmes offered by the ATR\/BPN Ministry could provide\nsolutions for both regional governments and the public, including easier\naccess to capital for farmers through legal certainty over land.<\/p>\n
He invited all regional heads in Lampung Province to support the\nimplementation of this cooperation programme.<\/p>\n
\u201cGood collaboration \u2014 we support and oversee these nine land\nprogrammes optimally, transparently and accountably in our region,\u201d he\nsaid.<\/p>\n
